To foster unity among students (both old and current) of the school. To identify itself with the aims and aspirations of the school. To present a more powerful forum in dealing with issues concerning members of the association and the school in general. To arrange activities such as social,  cultural, educational, etc. in order to bring members closer.

To project the good image and integrity of the school by arranging and or organizing AFRICAN CHURCH GRAMMAR SCHOOL ABEOKUTA ALUMNI ASSOCIATION reunion in North America by which such activities as social-cultural, educational etc. can be carried out. To build a spirit of cooperation and alliance amongst members of the Association in order to help them in various aspects of their lives.
